In this document you can find all the useful informations for the registration of your competitors (we invite you to follow the instructions). You will receive the confirmation of the registrations within the month of May 2008.

Classes: All the classes FSR-V Senior and Junior
FSR-Hydro Senior and Junior
FSR-Off Shore Senior and Junior
A Juniores is someone who in the year of the competition is not older than 18 years.
The Juniores competitors in the FSR 15 and FSR 35 classes must be at least 12 years old.
Number competitors admitted: Naviga Rule Art. 3.2.3 (1)

Entry fees: Senior EUR 15.00 for every class
Junior EUR 10.00 for every class
Term for the registrations: April 20th 2008 (postal stamp)
Flags and National hymn: Every Team Leader has to give us 3 flags (every flag has to be 150 x 100 cm) of the Nation and the National hymn on CD.
This material will be returned to the Team Leader after the closing ceremony.
Rules for the registrations: The registrations must jointly be send from the national Associations officially adherent to Naviga, every national Association has to send the Entry Form for every competitor and the Summary Entry Form of the team leader.
Every competitor has to fill in and to sign his Entry Form.
The Team Leader has to fill in and to sign the Summary Entry Form.
All the Entry Form have to be stamped and signed by the national Associations
The individual registrations will not be accepted.
The entry forms are enclosed to this invitation.

Payment: We remind you that the national federations have to pay jointly for the registrations, transponder rental, banquet, booking of: Methanol, Nitromethan, Synthetic oil, Ricinus oil and camping.
The payement has to reach the organization within the 20th of April 2008. The non-payment or the partial payment will involve the cancellation of the registrations.
Please send jointly with the registrations a copy of the banking payment.

Awardings: As it is said in Naviga rulement art. 3.4.15 par. (1)
Cetrificate of participation for all the competitors
Lap counting: The system BBK will be used for all the competitions.
Tranponders rent: The organization hires the AMB transponders if someone has’nt got one: the price of rent is EUR 10.00 for the Senior and EUR 5.00 for the Junior for every category. Transponders are expensive, the competitors have to pay attention of not losing them, in this case they will have to pay the entire price of them.
The cost of transponders rental has to be paid together with the registration.
For the classes FSR-V and FSR-O, the transponders must be put inside the boat or above with a hole of 8 mm. Transponders put on the side of the boat will not be approved.
For the class Hydro we advice to put 2 puffers from 15 x 15 mm. at the distance of 100 mm. on the left side near the veil. To make a support see the proget.
Registrations: Every Team Leader will have to go the special table to record the team and to withdraw the documents of all the competitors.
The competitors will record their models in the suitable places and they will control the radios
Hotel: The organization has instructed a tourist agency for the bookings and relative payments for the Hotels.

Camping:. The Camping will be prepared especially for the Championship near the contest Field.
Prices:
Roulotte and car EUR 17.00 per day
Camper: EUR 17.00 per day
Tent and car: EUR 13.00 per day
Each person: EUR 5.00 per day
Children from 2 to 10 years EUR 3.00 per day
The arrival must be the one of the reservation day, the departure must be the day previewed in the reservation within 12.00 pm.
The reservations and the payment of the Camping must reach us jointly with the registrations within the 20th of April 2008.
The access to the camping will not be allowed before the 1st of August 2008.
The people who desire to stay in the camping space over the date of the 16th of August will pay the normal rate used in the park and not the World Competition one.
Judges: The organization is responsible for the accomodation and meals of the judges:
From the lunch of the 02nd of August to the 10th of August (judges FSR-H/O)
From the lunch of the 10th of August to the 16th of August (judges FSR-V)
The Judges have to communicate to the organizers within the 30th of April 2008 the date of the arrival and the one of the departure and if they go in camping or in hotel.
The organization will pay back the price as it is said in the rulement.
Frequencies: The frequencies admitted are only the ones authorized by the Italian PT and they have to be wiritten in MHz (The numbers of quartz are not approved).

oczywiście dla tych zawodników którzy wybierają się tam na całe zawody 
. Jeden dzień pobytu na kampingu ma kosztować ok 20 euro przyczepa + osoba)nie wiem czy to dużo ale trzeba liczyć np w moim przypadku : przyczepa 17 +dwie osoby 10+ dziecko 3 = 30 euroX14 dni= 420 euro. Wychodzi na to ,że ten Nasz sport do tanich nie należy 
I jeszcze ta obora ze smrodkiem i muchami obok zawodów...
